We have every vehicle checked before it goes on the lot however it is impossible to catch every single issue We never try to hide anything on any vehicle we have ever sold. the reviews on this site one of the people was towing a trailer when their truck broke Obviously something failed due to being overloaded/ overheated possibly. We do our best to you to sell good used vehicles. People on this ad have taken those good vehicles and broken them and then choose to blame the dealer. One of the trucks one of the customers has spoken of the transmission broke while towing a trailer 40 miles from their home. The other young lady at a small water leak that turned into a large problem known as a head gasket failure. Sold a car to a member of my family with a busted head gasket, unbeknownst to her. After three days she started having problems with the car and now has returned the car to the lot but they refuse to refund any of her down payment or fix the car and she doesn't even know where the car is now. Scott Sams reviews his own business, giving 5 stars. I guess that's one way to get good reviews because his shady business practices won't cut it.
Me and my wife have bought 4 vehicles from here finance first one paid cash on 2nd and still have. Bought 3rd and traded back in after we put a new set of tires traded back in on a truck after 10 days trans went out and they told me it was my problem no assistance offered to fix so they took truck back but no offer to give any of my down payment back. Definitely not the same as first started doing buisness with them. They said we were there 2nd best customer glad i wasn't first.
this place is so awesome. the people are really nice and they really went to a lot of trouble helping us !!
