Jay will initiate a relationship with customers, just to get irritated and be unhelpful after he's rejected. Jamie doesn't understand how insurance checks work and will complicate to process. I had an insurance check issued and they refuse to write it over, unless they did repairs at the shop. I was given a car with battery, engine, and ac issues that were hidden, so I don't trust them to fix a car. Good luck if your a young woman looking for a car.
