We have been dealing with freedoms mortgage for the past couple of years and they are a lying, dishonest, corrupt and slimy Company. Very very bad customer service. Our mortgage just got transferred and they have no information. They provide none. The people do not understand what we are talking.
Freedom Mortgage corporation is an entity that holds insurance money and expects the homeowner to repair his/her home without any money to do so, this company should be investigated.
Worst mortgage company I have ever had. Their customer service and policies are terrible. Hope you never need a payment refunded—it can take weeks, even if the error is on them.
