Absolutely horrible customer service, I am 3 months into trying to remove my PMI and I can't get a BPO ordered even though I already paid for it. I have called 25 plus times and spoken to dozens of people. Not one single person knows what they are doing.
Freedom recently bought out my mortgage and is charging me twice the property tax amount. I have disputed and filed to run my escrow analysis again and it's taking weeks. In the meantime you have to make another overpayment to avoid being negatively reported to credit bureau. Unfair business practices!!!
Impossible to get a live person
As of sept 2nd Freedom bought my mortgage from Cardinal Financial yet can't accept payment. Worst customer service rep ever. Looking forward to my mortgage being sold again
This is the third mortgage Iv'e owned, and by far the worst experience I've yet faced. I often receive late payment notices even though I'm actually AHEAD of payments and have auto pay setup. I've had so many unusual issues with documentation that are bizarre to say the least. The customer service is friendly and personable, but absolutely atrocious at being able to perform their job effectively.
