Don’t trust them. On multiple separate occasions they lied on refinancing closing costs. But worse than just lying, they tried to hide the actual closing costs by using accounting tricks. The actual closing costs were $8,000 more expensive than what they quoted me and they hid those costs.
Phone support menu takes forever before you can talk to someone, and then sometimes it sends you all the way back to the beginning for no reason.
I have had a very negative experience with this mortgage institution. I believe the way they treat their clients is unprofessional and unethical.
An absolutely awful company. Nothing but issues. Customer service? Ya right. Very very heavy accents and they are immediately insulted if you ask for a different rep. If you can, stay far away.
