After explicitly telling them to stop contacting me about promotion items they continue to do so. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the 2nd time but it has been non stop. Talked to someone in leadership and they assured me it would be taken care of. Not even 24 hour later another call! companies like freedom are out to get another loan not looking out for the interest of their customers and clients!
Worst mortgage company to deal with, they constantly loose paperwork and will give you the run around, recently they forgot to pay my property taxes and now I’m dealing with rectifying this issue due to their inability To properly disperse funds from escrow.
Absolutely awful!!! They Will ruin everything for you!! You have to call 15 times for a decent human being to answer the phone. If you need assistance to save your home They will trick you into thinking their programs work when in reality it's a program within something else then you get hit with extra fees when you go to sell your home!! Absolute trash company!! Lastly they will steal any escrow money left over & then not even send you the remaining $3!! I would run from this mortgage company!! WOrst company I've dealt with so far. Customer service is terrible- can't get my property taxes right. Super frustrating. Beware and avoid.
