I recently paid off my mortgage loan with Freedom mortgage. I noticed on my electronic Payoff quote letter, it showed my former address which was never my mailing address when Freedom purchased my loan. I contacted them and asked for all mailing to reflect my property address, which is what reflected on their mailing address on my loan communication and statements. I got another electronic letter notification about my loan documents and once again, it showed my former address. It had my Deed attached and transfer of trustee ... read more
They are by far the most garbage mortgage company in the continental United States! Buyer BEWARE!!!!! Stay away from this place at all costs. They literally lie about everything from one representative to the next. It's unreal that a company would just keep digging a hole, deeper and deeper with customers. Tarnishing any future business with folks that do their due diligence.
Never done business with them. I will say though, if you have a husband or wife that works here then more than likely they’re cheating on you.
