DO NOT RECOMMEND! Double payment happened and no refund happened. I started the process with them on 12/06/24 and here i am 12/18/24 still no refund. After multiple phones calls with being told different information every single time for a refund process, I was over it. Absolutely no notes were done on freedom mortgages end. Every time I called and I mean every single time I called, I was told there was no notes or refund ticket in place and asked if I wanted to start the process!! This company does not have an interpreter service and if they have an employee who speaks another language, they do not allow them to speak it even if it is for the benefit of the company or client… Super bad company. esta comoañia no tiene servicio de interpretes y si tienen algun empleado qie hable otro idioma no le permiten hablarlo incluso si es para benefocio de la compañia o cliente … Super mala compañia. I give them NO STARS!! Unfortunately, they make you pick a star in order to do a review! Stay away! Do not get pulled in! They are the absolute worst in the business. They acquired my mortgage when my other company merged with them. They are the worst! No customer service, they leave you on hold forever, they don't put notes in so that they are all on the same page. They are always rude and nasty on the phone! I wish someone would buy them out so that I can get good service...
