Worst mortgage company ever. Do not recommend them to anyone. Scheduled a payment, have confirmation number and then come the scheduled day and they cancel it without anyone letting us know.
I would not recommend this lender to anyone. You will never, and I mean never, be able to talk to a member of the assumption team and you will sit on hold for up to (in my case) 58 minutes before finally giving up. I have been working on this since April 2026 and as of today, July 23, have made NO progress. Multiple emails, phone calls, written corporate complaint, and endless hours of my time wasted. As unprofessional as it can get.
Not the type to do this, but I haven't been able to log on to my own account for a year even though they keep on saying they'll fix it. How do you have my personal information and I don't have access to it?
Stay away from this lender!!!! Worst lending company in American for home loans especially VA they are terrible to get into contact with and work with in general
Don’t use them if you have other options. While customer service is nice enough if you have a need for anything there are ridiculous waiting periods. I paid my mortgage the day after the statement came out (still within the window of no late fees) and then asked them for an updated statement as I was applying for a loan and needed proof that I was current.
