Honestly do not know why the reviews posted are bad. My family had them for 3 years, having been with another company b4 them. And they were great! Patient thru Covid months and I actually got someone on the phone. My prior mortgage was with another that was so impersonal and never answered my calls. We paid our home off last year and I hope they stay that way in the future.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! Double payment happened and no refund happened. I started the process with them on 12/06/24 and here i am 12/18/24 still no refund. After multiple phones calls with being told different information every single time for a refund process, I was over it. Absolutely no notes were done on freedom mortgages end. Every time I called and I mean every single time I called, I was told there was no notes or refund ticket in place and asked if I wanted to start the process!! No stars!!!! Office doesn’t exist!!!! Customer service is useless.
This company does not have an interpreter service and if they have an employee who speaks another language, they do not allow them to speak it even if it is for the benefit of the company or client… Super bad company. esta comoañia no tiene servicio de interpretes y si tienen algun empleado qie hable otro idioma no le permiten hablarlo incluso si es para benefocio de la compañia o cliente … Super mala compañia.
