10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND, do your research & avoid this company like the plague. Everytime my mother called and asked for a Spanish speaker she was always redirected to someone that spoke English. They are Very culturally ignorant and have such rude customer service representatives. My Mother got a divorce settlement that awarded her her rental home that was under my father's name. We sent the divorce decree over to freedom Mortgage more times than I can count to change the lender name. They refused & asked to speak to my fath... read more

We Do Not Recommend Freedom Mortgage. We refinanced with them in 2019. Signed documents stating what our mortgage would be every month. After a few months they kept adjusting our payments. Every month is a different amount due. My husband had excellent credit and now they reported him because one month he was on vacation and set up an automatic payment which was less than their fluctuating payments. As soon as we can we are refinancing and running away from this company. Veterans, Don't Do It!

Our mortgage was sold to Freedom Mortgage from a company that I really enjoyed working with. Getting the account set up was a huge pain. You have to have a special number to set up your account that they mail to you... eventually. Nearly missed our first payment because we couldn't access the online portal. Now we are in the middle of our second refinance. The first refinance we were told we would be able to skip two payments. Lo and behold, we were lied to. Payment is due on the second month! These guys are not respectful. They play games whenever you try to talk to someone with a problem. I can't wait for the day where I refinance with someone else.

Your website is TERRIBLE. Very primitive experience and needs to get up to speed with industry standards. I am incredibly disappointed with my online experience.
