Alejandra Torres is unprofessional: never replied to my email when I asked how much I qualified for on the pre-approval process for a mortgage. It's like she's lazy or something. She did however run my credit report causing my score to go down. I feel like she didn't bother to run the number for me because I am poor and of low income.
The team was amazing to work with. I needed a fast close and they got the job done! They are always responsive (they use technology to their advantage), they are experts on all parts of the process and the nicest people!
