I really don’t know what has happened to this once wonderful company. They have really gone down hill the last year or so.

Nick went above and beyond to help us with a Lunar 3 mobility scooter that was desperately needed and wasn't working, he fixed the issue on the spot! I highly recommend Freedom Mobility Scooters for the excellent customer service and a huge range of mobility scooters in the showroom to suit any need. Don't go anywhere else, support this small business that genuinely cares about their customer's.
Absolutely don’t bother going anywhere else! Fantastic service and advise, deliver with respect. Although Nick was on his own when we arrived, he was brilliant he gave my mum his full attention not trying to answer phones or dismiss my mother and direct the information to me. Nothing was a bother! Thank god for business like this that aren’t patronising to aging!
