I honestly cannot remember the last time I experienced such an unacceptable level of customer service. The communication is absolutely appalling. When you can actually get a response, you are met with communication that comes across as rude, arrogant, dismissive and completely lacking in professionalism. As a support coordinator with 9 years of experience in the sector, my experience with Nick Aitken and Freedom Mobility was deeply concerning. Nick demonstrated spiteful and vindictive behaviour, showing a complete disregard for urgent communications and leaving a vulnerable participant without a functional wheelchair-and unable to leave their home-for more than three weeks. Terrible all around, not only do you get a run around and a ridiculous wait time on your product but the customer service my father inlaw has received multiple time is beyond disgusting. Faulty products and then when it comes to a warranty forget them taking accountability that word is not in their vocabulary. I am beyond disappointed to see they way people have been treated by people who specialise in an industry that helps people. I've had great service on a number of occasions. No questions about warranty repairs when applicable. Done to a high standard and minimal inconvenience.
