Terrible all around, not only do you get a run around and a ridiculous wait time on your product but the customer service my father inlaw has received multiple time is beyond disgusting. Faulty products and then when it comes to a warranty forget them taking accountability that word is not in their vocabulary. I am beyond disappointed to see they way people have been treated by people who specialise in an industry that helps people. Would be great if they answered their phones! I have left a message on their voicemail, but have not had a call. I have been trying for days to contact them to arrange a service for my scooter. Am beginning to wonder if they have gone out of business, as I can't seem to get any response.
