Anthony is great. He did an inspection on a home I intended to purchase and he found a huge issue with the deck. Missing flashing caused major water damage to the floor joist under the house. This problem was difficult to see but Anthony caught it. This would have cost me thousands to repair. Thankfully that did not happen. Anthony takes pride in his work, takes his time to explain everything to you and he’s a nice guy. I would hire him again without hesitation.
Anthony is one of the best inspectors that I have worked with in the real estate business. He inspected my personal home in 2010 and has also inspected 50+ homes for my clients.
