My mother tests every morning for her blood glucose level. The nurse who was coming to the house told us she needs to be seen by her doctor because her numbers were too low and she needs to be testing 2x a day. She also told us to call the pharmacy to get more testing strips. We took my mom into her doctor with a record of her daily numbers and mentioned how the nurse said the numbers were too low and we would need more testing strips. The entire staff was the greatest. I could not believe the care and love they showed for my 98 year old mom. Cameron and Hailey were so compassionate made our hard situation so much easier. They were always just a call away and extremely supportive and helpful. My mom wanted to pass at home and they made it possible with dignity and respect. I will never forget what they did for her. I and my family can’t express our gratitude enough.
The worst medical experience we have ever had in our lives. These people are extremely passive aggressive about everything, refuse to admit they never tried contacting us. Disregarded extremely important informational, and medical requests, acted like we ignored them when they clearly never called us. Asked them probably 5 times to change the primary number to call and they absolutely never changed that number, and absolutely never tried calling it. My husband and I would like to thank Freedom Home Health Care for their home health providers assigned to take care of my husband, Eulalio, they’re all nice and caring, Nurse Navjot (temp), Nurse Lisa, PT Ani & ST Tory. Special THANKS and KUDOS to his Occupational Therapist NAM! Since day 1 5/13/25, he comes on time, very caring, helpful, hardworking & jolly guy.
