Several years ago, we built our home, and Freedom Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing was the contractor our builder worked with to handle the HVAC and plumbing installations. Very unhappy with the service I received and I will never use Roto Rooter again. Charged me for an incomplete job. They don’t keep any kind of records on customers to look back and see what the last technician did at the pier visit. I feel like the technician just didn’t want to do his job or was looking to make more money than he already stole from me. The technician also had a very fowl mouth and my kids were home and heard his nasty language! Shameful very shameful!!!
Did not know they took over the company I had install my units. They sent Ryan out and he was very professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything to me. Then since they took over the other company, they honored my warrantee which could have been costly. I would recommend them to all my friends and also signed up for their service program!
I signed up for the Platinum maintenance plan not very long ago but had not idea I would need to use it so soon. I called Peterman's to request a plumber after I was unsuccessful in resolving an issue with my tankless water heater (No Hot Water). To my dismay, it would be a week before I actually had a come out. However, after meeting the plumber Donald Collins, he assured me he was there to help resolve the issue.
