Did not know they took over the company I had install my units. They sent Ryan out and he was very professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything to me. Then since they took over the other company, they honored my warrantee which could have been costly. I would recommend them to all my friends and also signed up for their service program!
I signed up for the Platinum maintenance plan not very long ago but had not idea I would need to use it so soon. I called Peterman's to request a plumber after I was unsuccessful in resolving an issue with my tankless water heater (No Hot Water). Had a blower failure on a Sunday so no A/C. Waited until Monday morning the next day contacted the office. Leo arrived quickly and replaced a warrantied part. Replaced it quickly and a great price! From Calling to replacement of the part was all very courteous and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend! Leo was great!
