Horrible owner. Runs poor business.
Company can and install central unit said it was broken after one week stop cooling. Came back and cooling coil had broken and they replaced that. Less than a year later call them several times and they had not returned my call. So, the technician finally called me back and said they guarantee their work for 30 days and I would be charged if they come back out. More heating and cooling company have a one year warranty for service. Do not use this company for any reason. Buyer Beware!!!!
What happened guys? You don’t ever return any phone calls. I waited for days and took off work to have my AC fixed and nothing. Last time y’all were out you fixed it then it went out in a month and now y’all can’t be found.
I was forced to contract with Freedom Heating and Cooling through my home warranty insurance to fix my AC unit. This company is TERRIBLE! They were completely unresponsive and only reached back out to me when AHS contract relations called them telling them they would lose the contract if they did not respond. Then 2 months after the initial request they finally installed a new AC unit. Within a week of their installation of the AC unit it began to leak and again they have been unresponsive to my calls and AHS. I WOULD NEVER ... read more
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company was sent to my home by AHS. They came one time and then scheduled several appointments afterward. They NEVER returned. They called AHS and canceled my service request, stating I no longer needed service. This has been the worst experience.
