Appointment for 9-12 no call from them and never showed up. Customer care has really been lacking from what it was in the past. When my service agreement has expired I will be contacting someone else for my work.
We have used Freedom since we moved into our new home last year. Their responsiveness has been absolutely incredible. We just reapplied for maintenance and have a warranty on their units. Today our outdoor unit stopped working and it got hot quick! Initially they said they couldn’t get us in till tomorrow but I called back and the guy immediately put us in the schedule for today!! I did not have a good experience. I called for ductwork repair/regular maintenance. The technician told me I had a mold problem and offered me duct cleaning/mold prevention services that would cost thousands. When I let him know that I needed time to think about it, he became defensive and repeatedly accused me of not trusting him. I didn’t say another word to him, and he left.
