EXTREMELY happy with Maurice and the team at Freedom Heating & Cooling. Maurice showed up at the end of his workday to troubleshoot a dead A/C unit during a heat wave on 4th of July weekend. He gave me the bad news about my old system and answered all my questions, then stayed up til 10pm sending me quotes on various replacement options. His quotes were reasonable and fair. Called tem when AC kept switching to heat pump when raining hard. They were not able to even identify the problem. I had to fix it myself with the help of my neighbor contractor. Avoid.
I called one evening expecting to get voicemail but Maurice picked right up! He fit us into his busy schedule and quickly identified the problem. The solution was quick and easy. He is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will call Freedom Heating and Cooling for anything we need now!
I recently had Maurice install a mini split unit on my sunroom. I waited a few weeks to make sure everything is operating smoothly before I posted this review so it would be accurate.
