Had a wonderful experience with Reece and his crew. They were all very polite and professional. Though no one is ever thrilled about replacing their HVAC, Freedom Heating and Cooling was far better to deal with than any of the competition!
Highly recommend! Reese was quick to respond and came out to diagnose our AC issue. He cleaned the coils, replaced the parts that were needed, and had our AC back up and running the same day — just in time for a heat wave! What I especially appreciated was that Reese also pointed out a few things we should consider repairing or addressing in the future. EXTREMELY happy with Maurice and the team at Freedom Heating & Cooling. Maurice showed up at the end of his workday to troubleshoot a dead A/C unit during a heat wave on 4th of July weekend. He gave me the bad news about my old system and answered all my questions, then stayed up til 10pm sending me quotes on various replacement options. His quotes were reasonable and fair.
