Great experience with their team, and decided to do a monthly membership! Definitely recommend!
My dad was having chest pain and muscle weakness. He went to the ER where they admitted him and did a cardiac work up. Everything came back normal, so they sent him home and said to follow up with his primary. His primary care doctor brushed him off as well. He decided to go to Freedom where a CT was ordered, and pulmonary emboli were found. Without Luke and Freedom, they may have never been found, a true life or death situation.
Dr. Bauer is an amazing doctor! I’ve never been rushed at any appointment I’ve been to. The nurses and support staff are all amazing humans that genuinely care about people! The pricing structure and annual membership options are a great value! 10 stars if it was available!
Such a great resource and way less time consuming/stressful than other options. Still costs less than our copay, too. It’s a no-brainer. Have had good experiences for both sick visits and ortho with Whitney, Luke, and Dr. Bauer. This is how medicine should be.
