I work in healthcare and I watch everyday as they push to cut costs on everything. They do not care about you as a customer and they will send you home on deaths doorstep in a blink of an eye in the effort to not spend money. Also try calling the in network offices... 95%of them do not take Freedom anymore but they will still appear on the list.
What a joke. My mom just passed away because freedom health would not send her to a descent oncologist. Her oncologist was only one of a few that accepted freedom health. Please if you are of medical needs get some other insurance.
Be careful when getting FREEDOM HEATH they lied to you and give EQUIAN your information . this comp. has over 198 complaints with the BBB. But when I complaints to FREEDOM they tell me it"s A 3ed pardy comp. they share your info. with. FREEDOM HEATH what happen with the HIPPO LAW . oh It do not apply to us. but thay willing to call help for you when you get down from there bull so they can charge you $250 for the ambulance . FREEDOM no thank I'M BROKE YOU DONE ENOUGH. :(
