Best techs hands down. After multiple failed attempts at another dealer... the service dept diagnosed my issue in 30 seconds. Chris in service has been wonderful to deal with. Doug in parts has been very helpful as well. This is my store of choice.
In the past, I've been a customer at other Harley Dealerships. Freedom has by far been the best experience. The folks in the parts and service departments are helpful and knowledgeable. I live in Kent, and it is worth the extra drive to Canton to do business with these awesome men and women. Unlike other Harley dealerships, the atmosphere is relaxed and no pressure. One of the most helpful dealerships I have dealt with! After making phone calls to 5 Harley dealers in search of a part.. This group of people located the part "in stock" somewhere for me and gave me all the information needed for contact. Will frequent this Harley Dealership often!
