I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Freedom Fun Fort Worth. Their staff is so friendly and great with all the kiddos. They always make sure to arrive early and work efficiently. I appreciate that Grace and their staff genuinely go above and beyond to cater to customers needs and have very open communication throughout the whole process. Great family business! Would give 6 stars if I could!
We rented a Nerf laser tag party w/ concierge for 16 kids. Our group was 35 kids but we had an understanding with the vendor they would simply have the kids be in teams and take turns. We had other passive games for the kids to play while they waited. Things that were great: 1. The online ordering process - great website and super easy to navigate. 2. The kids had fun playing laser tag but their software was not working. I guess that had something to do with the TV that was set up...
They were on time, equipment was excellent but most of all their staff person was excellent. All the participants enjoyed the experience.
We rented a screen, projector, and speakers from Freedom Fun. They were extremely helpful, arrived early, and completed all set up which helped us be able to focus on the event. They were so nice and accommodating! I would definitely use them again!
