The manager refused to let my young child, who had just come from school, use the staff toilet even though it was an emergency. My wife was in the middle of shopping when she asked, but the manager told her to walk to the nearby McDonald’s instead. What makes this even more disappointing is that we ended up spending nearly $2,000 in the store. This experience showed a lack of customer care and compassion. We visited Freedom Furniture at Fountain Gate yesterday to purchase dining chairs, and Victoria provided exceptional customer service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all the options available to us. She answered our questions patiently and made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Store manager has no people skills. Baught a couch for my new home. Brought in plans to the store and spoke to Jackie (who is lovely btw) and we picked out the Appartment couch. Couch got delivered today is too big for my space. Called the store to see if i can swap over the couch for a smaller one and purchase some other items instead for the difference. I was having so much trouble finding a lounge until I went to Freedom in Narre Warren. Andrea was brilliant she made it so easy to get what I wanted. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I can not thank her enough for her help. Andrea is wonderful. Thank you
