Store manager has no people skills. Baught a couch for my new home. Brought in plans to the store and spoke to Jackie (who is lovely btw) and we picked out the Appartment couch. Couch got delivered today is too big for my space. Called the store to see if i can swap over the couch for a smaller one and purchase some other items instead for the difference. I was having so much trouble finding a lounge until I went to Freedom in Narre Warren. Andrea was brilliant she made it so easy to get what I wanted. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I can not thank her enough for her help. Andrea is wonderful. Thank you
Excellent service from all staff across a range of purchases. Very helpful in choosing a couch and outdoor setting, always very generous with their time and patient with my indecision. Even choosing cushions was a breeze, and expert advice was much appreciated. Would recommend.
