I can’t thank enough for the sweetest customer service at Freedom Narre Warren. I been here 3 times already for curtains and she was the absolute best and a dream in helping out find the ones I needed and had a lot of patience. We visited Freedom Furniture at Fountain Gate today (26/10/2025) to purchase additional curtains. Our previous experience here was excellent, but unfortunately, today was the complete opposite. The staff member who claimed to be the manager was patronising and dismissive, which left both my wife and me feeling very uncomfortable and offended. Marnie from fountain gate freedom gave us the best service with helping us buy s fold curtains. She advised us everything would need and all the correct sizes after we had no idea what we were doing. She was so lovely and so full of knowledge. We are so grateful she was there to help us
