Jacquie and Sue terrific amazing , could not help us enough. Made our shopping feel simple light. We asked lots of questions. They answered all the questions kind polite. The transaction was easy to do. The layout was easy to do sorting out when the delivery was going to arrive. just great service highly recommend them five stars. 🤩
I had a really good sales experience with Jacquelyn. She was very knowledgeable about the stores products and was very patient and helpful in allowing me to look at different options to find the right product. I was able to come in with a vague idea in mind and leave with something I’m happy with.
So mean staff, she was ridiculous ! I cant remember her name she couldn’t wait for me to pay and leave the counter! I work with customer service and im never like her even if the customer swears on me! Rude !!!!
We experienced very shocking behaviour from the staff, portrayed very patronising behaviour towards us. Marni was the name of one and the other women was the lady who was patronising. Her behaviour was atrocious. She worked on Saturday the 22nd of March 2025, we went in at around 12 pm.
