Excellent service from all staff across a range of purchases. Very helpful in choosing a couch and outdoor setting, always very generous with their time and patient with my indecision. Even choosing cushions was a breeze, and expert advice was much appreciated. Would recommend.

⸻ I purchased the Freedom Interior Design Session for $150 and was told that the designer would contact me the next day or the following day. It has now been five days, and I still have not received any call. I contacted the store today to follow up and was told that the designer is “busy.” I explained that I need to book an appointment in advance because I have to arrange time off work. I can’t thank enough for the sweetest customer service at Freedom Narre Warren. I been here 3 times already for curtains and she was the absolute best and a dream in helping out find the ones I needed and had a lot of patience. As it’s a new house, I’m very particular on my purchases.
