DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Install August of 2022 and took until Feb of 2023 to get permission to operate. Now, 8 months later, I've had a panel out for 3 months and have had TWO appointments scheduled for repair. I've taken 2 days off work and BOTH times, no call, no show. I've called customer service at least 15 times over the last 2 months, spoked to 2 supervisors and no one calls back. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Freedom Forever installed panels on my detached garage last year. Their electrical conduit was against code, and a safety hazard as it could be ripped out of the garage wall, but they blew me off and never corrected the issue when I tried to get into contact with them repeatedly. Worse issues arose when I listed my home, had a buyer and in the home inspection report, it was shown that the garage roof was buckling under the weight of the panels, as evidently it was not structurally sound enough to support as many panels as th... read more
I give this company no stars! Don't use them! You will not be happy! Some work was not completed on my project and I had to fight and fight to get reimbursed for it! Then I find out that they reported that reimbursement as earned income with the IRS. This isn't earned income. It was a reimbursement for charges to me for work that wasn't completed like it said in my contract! There is almost no customer service! If you can't send a check for over $600 without filing it with the irs and make a customer pay taxes on their own ... read more
