On 3/10/2026, at 7:55am, vehicle number 2340 traveling north on Route 130 in Pennsauken almost caused 2 accidents. Driver was maneuvering wreclessly in and out of traffic and speeding. Very negative image for your company.
Let me writeup with the disappointing experience with the GoodLeap. Their customer service has been VERY VERY POOR and overall customer satisfaction seems below average. We have followed up multiple times with the customer rep but difficult to get on a call. Especially after installation, communication has been very break. Out 6 panels are not generating any bough electricity and we are contracting out but no lunch. I’m writing to review the extremely poor customer service I’ve been getting from my “Incentive Specialist” Jenna Apollo. The only thing she seems to specialize in, is not answering emails or having any courtesy to follow up after a month of asking for one. This wasn’t my only negative experience with Freedom Forever, as my install was delayed by over 7 months, but at least the manager responsible got in contact with me and made himself available during scheduling.
Put solar on my roof when my roof never should have had solar on it three other companies told me they couldn't do it but this place did now I'm looking at 24,000 2 years later to replace my roof
Great experience from start to finish. Avi Sheta was extremely helpful and kept everything on track. The crew arrived on time, respected my property, and the panels look fantastic. Highly recommend
