Terrible company, its extremely difficult to contact anyone, everything is AI, difficult create a log in. They installed the panels a year ago and we're still not connected. The representative, Santiago, that sold us the system disappeared and won't answer his phone. STAY AWAY. Do your research, no idea how they have a 4.5 rating. Go with a different company.
I got my solar done with freedom forever am satisfied the work and it works my bills $7.50 every month
I am stuck now as the company has filed for bankruptcy. I do not know what to do. After almost a year of back and forth the system just got turned and now I do not know who to contact if anything goes wrong. There is no monitoring. Ff did not bother to inform
This is the worst solar company you could possibly work with. Customer service is unreachable and the company is so incompetent that I have repeatedly had to do their job myself, like getting permits, getting a dumpster removed, and most recently, chasing down the code for why they failed inspection, which is because they installed the solar batteries in the wrong place.
