Project canclled but freedomforever refused to notify that to the financier and i am hooked to a big loan for a project that never been even initiated. It has been moths and my credit is impacted with this. Customer support is hard to reach and no one seems to be willing to help when you get a hold of them but do promotions instead. I don't know whatelse to do but reporting to police is probably my next step. Don't ever associate yourself to this company.

Do not use. These people were contracted to ensure that I had solar on my home. We are 200 days past the deadline for operation. We had a conversation today, that indicated they installed the system incorrectly. And it cannot work without intervention by them. They indicated the earliest they could provide me anybody to come and look at the system they installed which does not work is november. I am writing this in October. I contacted them in September. False promises, contract is BS. Don't trust solar companies, specifically this one. Please, hopefully, this message will get to people before they keep scamming people. They are partnered with mosaic, bill increases after a year, solar won't make as much electricity as they say, it's all a scam, don't trust this company Don't get solar panels from this company its a scam, they put a lien on my house, even when I made monthly payments. 284 for solar panels that dont work, complained several times, nothing got fixed.

Worst experience ever, It’s been almost a year and a half, and I’m still dealing with ongoing issues with the solar panels. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They neither send out service technicians nor offer any real support. All they ever say is, "There’s no issue on our end; the problem is on your side." Yet they make no effort to help resolve anything. I’ve never dealt with a company this bad in my life. I’m warning everyone: do not work with this company. We just had solar panels installed through this company. At first they seemed very nice and competent. However, they installed a big ugly solar panel box inside one of our common rooms WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE or permission. Now we have to hire another contractor to build something to go around it to cover it up since it’s an eyesore. It feels like they were not being transparent with us. We are furious that we were not asked first, and I would not recommend this company.
