I got installed 2 weeks ago, there's a football sized leak in my roof - no response from my AI ticket - been almost a week. I had higher expectations from this team - project id 583186

When I first looked into Solar companies Freedom Forever seemed like a good choice vs. some of the others in my area.. After 5yrs. my Inverter has stopped communicating and trying to schedule someone to come out has been a nothing less then frustrating and a challenge. I wanted to see a ROI on my system so I was paying it off as fast as possible and was able to pay it off in the 5yrs. Hard to get to a hold of a human for customer service and that's just the start. They won't contact you when something goes wrong. Tried calling and got stuck with an AI. They had a service to do on my solar panels and for some reason they didn't contact us about it. Realized when my Bill came through. There's plenty of other companies. Go somewhere else.
Linda did a good job explaining things I had called about. She confirmed that I am now in the hands of my leasing company, as my installation is completed. Thank you.
