I hired this company to install a solar battery for my home. That was 9 months ago, and the project is still delayed and not completed because they have repeatedly installed the wrong parts for the solar battery so we keep failing inspections. Freedom forever solar is a dishonest company, I submitted a cancellation three days after signing a contract.They refused to cancel a couple days later.They received funding of twenty six thousand four hundred dollars.It's been a year.They have not returned the money.I've called them over the last five months.Asking to please submit the cancelation form to the letter and refund the money. Rene, Ricardo and the entire “Cubs” team at Freedom did a phenomenal job installing our panels today. Very professional and courteous. There was zero sign that a team was even here, except the shiny solar panels on the roof. Thank you.
Run don’t walk from this company. Customer service is awful! Can’t get through during business hours and sales totally lies and misrepresents themselves. Be weary. Do not Docusign.
