Very poor experience. It has been over one year and my project is not complete. A representative has not even called to coordinate or explain delays. A third party Echelon is helping to communicate but even they cannot get thru. This company is very disorganized!
We received our PTO on Jan 21, 2025. It is now March 5, 2025. During these past 43 days our gateway issues have not been resolved. We have had the system up and running for only 17 days total in these 43 days. If this issue is not resolved on this service call tomorrow ( 3-6-2025) I will notify the CLSB next. The BBB has already been notified and I will keep going until this company gets off their ass and fixes this issue. I received a phone call today from the Vegas office.
