Never came or let me know they weren’t coming. We confirmed the appointment the day before.
If I had this to do over again, I would definitely not go solar. Every month I still receive an electric bill. Also since we have solar the electric company charges more for electricity when we have to use it. This past month the electric bill was high and along with the solar panel payment. We are paying more to have solar than if we had just stayed with straight electric. System is up and ready for inspection, the crew young men were very nice and polite. Explained a lot of things with the system . I recommend Freedom Forever for your future solar needs.
Updated - Tried to get help from customer service for an interconnection issue for 3 months, with multiple phone calls and emails. Got vague "we're working on it" messages. Finally I wrote a bad review here and complained to BBB. Within 3 hours I had a real response. Within a couple of days the issue was resolved. Happy to get the help I needed, but why did it take such measures to get it?
