***Update two weeks later, Apr 16: Absolutely zero communication from FF, either national or local branches. This is EXACTLY what they have been doing for nearly a year: "We will continue to be in communication...we will investigate and get to the bottom of this....we will contact you.... and then: NOTHING. ZERO. This place is completely unethical in action and practice. They have a warranty and guarantee but do not stand by them. If I could rate them at negative ten, I would. Their salesmen came to our door and decided to ring the bell/knock on our door even though we have a 'No Soliciting' sign. Because of the way he explained himself, I was under the impression he was with the City. And when we explained that we would not be meeting with him to go over building plans, he got a bit of an attitude. This is a very shady way of trying to sale, ESPECIALLY since they came to MY door! We will not be using Freedom once we do decide to get solar installed in our home
T J Martin helped us out and we couldn’t be happier with our experience so far. Actually, TJ became part of our family. He was able to “dumb down” things so I could understand them, but, of course, my sons were able to understand the more intricate explanations. He has been very thorough and immediately responds when I have any questions. If you are considering solar, please ask for TJ. You won’t be disappointed at all.
