I CALLED ABOUT A PROBLEM WITH THE ELECTRICAL WORKI G ON THE METER BOX. YOURREPRESENTATIVE REFUSED TO LET ME TALK WITH A SUPER ISOR. THEY FURTHER STATED THE PROBLEM WAS NOT NOT TBEIRZ A CIRDING TO THEIR FINDINGS E E. THOUGH PICTURES ARE ON FILE. I ALSO INFORMED THE. THAT THE ELECTRIC COMPANY IN MY AREA POINTED OUT THE PROBLEM.
Strongly recommend you steer clear of this company. Unethical and unlawful practices, and worse communication than a McDonald's drive thru speaker box. Go ahead and try to call. Call them now. See how long it takes to get "Customer Support" on the phone. My average is 75 minutes. Email them. See if anyone responds. They don't email me back. They have $4000 of my money and they won't return my calls. They over charged me by $4000, according to our contract. They won't answer me. After waiting on hold for over an hour (my third time attempting to call after my solar panels stopped generating), I was told that they will try something on their end and reach out to me IF that doesn’t fix the problem. So I guess I will have to wait and see if that actually happens and this problem is resolved to change my 2 star review.
Luis of Freedom Forever was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered my questions and gave additional info to help me better understand our system. And he was a pleasant guy to talk with.
