HUGE SCAMMERS! Do not trust this company. I cancelled my solar project prior to installation due to some shady happenings and a bad feeling I had and over a year later I am still fighting for them to actually cancel it and stop billing me for work that was never completed. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
We gave this company work to do for one of our clients and no matter how many times we call, they will not answer our call back. We need their required tax documents in order for us to send them tax documents at the year end and delaying in giving us COI WC and COI GL which we have requested several times, with out response or success to where my only next steps is writing a review, If I can get to required documents i will remove or update my review. but if you are still reading this do not work with them, Horrible communic... read more
***Update from Jul 15: more nothing. No contact, no resolution. Read the owner's response below. I'm sure it will say they are investigating and will contact me soon. HA! My panels have been in the garage for over a YEAR. 3 of them are installed on the roof but are not connected. Where is that electricity going? It is a fire hazard. You need to stop sending your people to my neighborhood. They ignored our very noticeable no soliciting sign and were very persistent. Even ignored us when we were clearly trying to get them to go away and they came into our backyard and house. Very displeased and I wouldn't even give a thought about utilizing this service.
