I regret choosing Freedom Forever for my solar installation. My utility company has already granted permission to operate, yet the system still isn’t active. I’ve reached out multiple times—calls, messages—and have received zero response. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially after making a sizable investment. I expected professionalism and timely support, but Freedom Forever has failed on both fronts. Do your homework before committing. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.
My Solar is down every single day. The guy who was our rep no longer works for the company. They gave 3 weeks to fix it every time I call. The guy who supposed to come after 3 weeks of solar being down called in sick. All I got a text saying sorry we rescheduled for next week. HORRIBLE SERVICE for exiting customers. I have had nothing but a positive experience with Will Anders as the representative for my solar, he has been a great asset and help whenever I have needed it. The solar has been great and has saved me money on my overall electric drastically since I have had it installed. Again great experience with the solar.
Hello, I had the rudest rep named Eric come to my home today. I have cameras and signs that say no solicitation and no sales etc and he ignored them. He said he didn’t care and proceeded to talk about his SAT scores. I will report this company because he also said he was trained to ignore customer no’s and signs. Well I have a right to protect my property here in TX. I will report this company and all the reps if this occurs again. Please follow people property instructions. Thank You. Killeen
