Freedom forever has been a nightmare to work with. Customer support has been completely useless other than telling to me "just wait a few more days" every time I call. It has been over two weeks since the utility company has granted permission to operate and also completed the interconnection agreement. Freedom forever says they can't activate the panels yet. But won't give me an actual reason other than that I have to wait a few days. Use someone else, anybody else, because no one here knows what's going on when I call.
We asked Dante Gibson estimate and he signed us up for panels. He needed help to go on trip with his job, so i said yes well do the estimate only. Come to find out he scammed me. He signed us for panels! We canceled and he canceled too but it's on our credit report. They will not acknowledge the wrong doing of Dante Gibson. Myself, my husband, along with Dante Gibson called to verify it was canceled. Still we have a 30,000 loan and with no panels plus we do not want the service. This is annoying. Disrespectful door to door salesman. Ignored our no soliciting sign, said my house was a zoo when my multiple animals came to the door, and when I said I'm not interested right now but to email me some info, he insisted I give him my number. I said no I'll give you my email and you can send me some info. When he realized I was most likely a "no sale" he said no you probably won't respond to me anyway and left. Hah! Great way to try to earn our business.
Worked with Alexander Wilson, when we were signing up he was very helpful, and responsive. Since signing up, has not returned calls and we received empty promises. Our bill was to be locked in, and it’s double the cost it was supposed to be. For someone that has never been a solar customer, it has been a tough process. Alexander told us repeatedly he would be there to help, and I am giving up on this guy from helping. We have had to work with the installer, the financing company and the electric company.
