Scam. Installs and and turns on then goes around and gets an attorney saying "they added value to ur house and you didn't get permission to put solar panels on" 1) It literally says on their website that thats THEIR job 2) they told us everything was fine and dandy with a 25 year warranty. So if we dont get some paperwork, which ameren has no idea what they are talking about, in 14 days, they will take legal action. Emailed 3 emails, called 3 numbers. ASOLUTLY NO ANSWER. ONE LINE WAS EVEN BROKENÂ
Saved by Avalanche!!! There are probably not many situations where you can say that you were actually saved by an avalanche, but this is what actually happened to me. Before I start my story, I want to give a big thank you to the avalanche crew led by Jesse Dominguez and Moses Benitez. If those guys wouldnât have showed up today and represented freedom forever, I wouldâve probably told that company to come and get their panels off of my roof. Guy knocked on my door wanted sell me solar.. asked if had permit from my town to go door to door he told me yes...after he left I called my townhall and no they don't have license....can not do business with company that lies from the startÂ
The Monsoon group did a fantastic jobÂ
installed the solar panels and didn't turn them on for 2 months. A 4 hour Job became 8 hours of the crew dancing and singing outside at 630 am to 4pm. No electricity in the house for 8 hours while a person ON OXYGEN is struggling to preserve her mobile oxygen units battery. Left a mess after done. Hoping atleast the panels are worth it.Â
