FF was attentive at first. Then, they unilaterally changed the scope of work, robbing me of work promised. I have complained for over a month, trying to get trees removed that were in the scope of work I agreed to. My agent/salesman has ghosted me. My specialist provides zero progress on those occasions she chooses to respond to my pleas. How did the scope of work get modified. Do not choose freedomforever.
The team did an excellent job. I had a tough attic but they battled through. I would definitely recommend.
Vincent Laporte came to check my roof and made the needed repairs immediately. He was very professional, gave me his personal phone number so I can contact should any further problems arise, and made me feel I was in good hands. Even my pets liked him! I look forward to seeing him again when he comes back to make the needed repairs to my ceiling caused by the roof leaks.
The Lions installed our solar on March 11th and did a great job. They were neat, efficient, communicated well, helpful and very courteous. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
The lions were extremely respectful and pleasant to have around. Worked hard and consistently in horrible weather; snow flurries all morning with 30 mph winds. Thanks guys!! Muchas gracias!!
