Worst decision we've ever made. Daxton the sales man made promises that were not accurate. Everything he promised was a lie. We have not been able to speak to someone who can address our concerns. There were so many issues with this company as a whole. The process took well over a year with faulty installation all the way. Holes in our foundation not needed. We can’t even get our own sales guy to text us back or call us back i’ve sent 10 text messages over the last month and can’t even get a call back or a text back. They came and did all the work now we’re just stuck in limbo waiting for somebody to even answer our calls for the simplest questions about paperwork and everything else this is really unacceptable. and we don’t even have a number to call to get a hold of a supervisor or a member of management of any sort they started this process back in March and here is December ... read more
I am pleased with Freedom Forever and especially Kenny, the electrician they sent to our home. From the moment he arrived, Kenny was courteous, polite, and genuinely friendly – the kind of person who instantly puts you at ease with his professional demeanor. We were hopeful, but we have run into nothing but issue after issue. The installation was ok, it took months to actually get the install, but things happen. They said they were running the wires through our attic, instead they ran it up our wall and across the house. After they did this, they drilled two holes in our house to run it through the attic.
