Mind you this is a review on context with Aaron hinrichs review .The lack of communication between the office and field workers is astonishing so they send out a group that you can't really communicate with and don't understand why they are here, to today where they did not relaying people already came to inspect and make a report but the said people from yesterday didn't submit pictures or a report.
I had Chance turner sell me solar. Everything was going great. During the initial phase, I advocated for a new roof as I knew it was dated and Chance said that was fine...initially. this started in March. By April, freedom forever showed up to install all the solar equipment and panels. I had to stop them and ask about the roof replacement and the foreman was a deer in headlights. The Monsoon crew did a great job. They were all very attentive to my concerns and questions. They addressed each and every one of them. They showed pride in their work and did a great job. There communication with me was top notch. Thank you all so very much.
Chance Turner is awesome. He did everything to make things cheaper and more beneficial to my wife and I. Any problems or updates, he was on it. Got our roof replaced, getting solar panels, and the system is designed to be bigger than we need, all to make sure we get extra credits for the excess. Good company, great salesman.
