What an AWESOME experience. We bought a truck that was still on the factory line no definite date of when it would arrive at dealership. We were in no big hurry however my hubby was scheduled for a knee replacement several weeks down the road so getting it home could be a problem. We just had to wait and see when it got to the dealership and go from there. my moms car heater/defrost has been out for almost 4 months even after it being worked on FOUR times and nearly $700 been charged. now they want another $100 to work on it again!

After I tell you my experience if you get the same treatment I did ,it’s not freedom fords fault it’s yours.They lied to me about the van I called about and made it sound like exactly what I was looking for,it was nearly the opposite. I learned a valuable lesson not to trust these people who will never get another penny from me. I got stuck with a van I hate BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK
