Amazing experience and customer service! After having another store say the product I needed was ordered, after one week of waiting it was never delivered. I was left in difficult place to find the right flooring in time for the contractor to finish the job and not delay more weeks. Dawn is nice and’s slick on the phone and that’s about as far as her Customer Service goes. My sister and I purchased cabinets for our house and we had nothing but problems. They don’t stand behind their product or fix anything that is broken or missing. They tell you they will research it and get back to you and that is the end of their customer service.
