We have been coming here for years now. We actually have a gym membership elsewhere for the childcare but we keep this one active too because it's so close to home and it's affordable. Plus the owners are awesome people.
This is THE GYM if you’re looking for that old school bodybuilding vibe!! Solid, older equipment. No rules about keeping your shirt on or making too much noise. Can throw around the steel plates and no one cares. It’s right up my alley! Chris, the owner, is a super cool guy too! It’s my go-to gym now and I’m about to cancel my other two memberships.
My family’s favorite gym of all time. Owner is awesome and will take care of whatever you need on the spot. Highly recommend!
The facility has everything you need without the fluff. The machines are different than other gyms and hit muscle groups that others miss. Different geometry and grip positioning.
