This is a great gym, it’s meticulously clean, the machines are top notch. Very comfortable. Jay LaFrance is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. If you want the brains of a person your age and the body of a 20 year old stop by and become a member. The only obstacle in the way is you 💪🏻
Where do I begin? It started about 5 years ago with a handshake with Jake. He encouraged me and most important he believed in me. It’s been by far one of the best decisions I have made and I’m thankful for him. I’m also grateful to Cindy his wife for her support and guidance. Freedom Fitness is a great place run by great people. From day one Jay has made me feel right at home. He has pushed me, challenged me and supported my fitness journey for almost 4 years now. The facility is convenient and very clean. The staff and other gym members are all very friendly.
It is always intimidating to start at a new gym but the Freedom Fitness staff makes you feel right at home! I highly recommend trying the classes, you will definitely get the most out of your workout!! The gym is always clean and never over crowded, it is a perfect fit for me.
