Ken and Gina are both very knowledgeable on tax laws, and easy to work with. I had a few questions which were all answered efficiently via a planned phone call. I highly recommend using them to do your tax preparation.

My initial impression of Ken and the team at FFS was that Ken is a no-nonsense guy, who explains things in plain language. I hired them after I opened my brick and mortal retail business, because I'd had many referrals to use them for small business. At my onboarding, Ken explained the process, that they would manage my P&L, that I needed to switch to quickbooks for them to do that because he only worked with that software, etc. I switched to Quickbooks, and hired them to do a bookkeeping cleanup in order to accomodate that.... read more
