Great customer service and knowledge. Explained things thoroughly, was patient and helpful, as we had a lot of questions. As a first time customer, it was very comfortable and a smooth process, will absolutely return!
I visited this office in March to file my taxes, but I was told that I needed to make the payment before they could be filed, which was supposed to happen in April. However, the business owner only received the payment in July. I followed up multiple times after sending the payment to ask for a receipt and the status of my taxes.
