I am a disabled veteran, and based on how Freedom Fighters Therapy presents itself, I expected care that reflected a genuine commitment to serving veterans. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I was informed that I was being moved to another therapist without clear communication or transparency, and the explanation provided to me was inconsistent. Strange that the owners cannot be contacted and managers all have error pages. There’s only 1 email shared for all locations. The “intake coordinator” booked 2 appointments on the same day & another a few days later. I tried emailing about the mistake but no answer. Instead he called & asked where I was, stating he’d mark me as a no show, and argued that he made no such mistake. He then hung up on me. I shut down.
