We have been with Hal at Freedom Fence for over 20 years. We recently got a new dog named Harry. Harry is a VERY strong willed dog! Even after he was trained by Elpidio he figured out how to get over the fence. Hal and Elpidio recommended we upgrade to their new system. It has a much durable collar that takes a 9 volt battery. The new box generates a much stronger signal. Harry goes nowhere near the fence line! He is finally contained! Thank you Hal and Elpidio!
