Amazing and highly recommend! We only dealt with Bruce. We did a kitchen remodel, addition with pantry and laundry rooms, and a mud room. He even helped us reuse existing cabinets for the laundry room to cut some of the cost! He was so patient with me every step of the way. No amount of changing my mind visibly annoyed him. lol I would 100% recommend going here!
So far, so good. Waiting for final measurements before we order. Chris has been super fast at getting us information, design, and quote to help us stay on track and budget on an already nerve wracking remodel. He's very knowledgeable of the products they offer as well as suggestions. I was so impressed that I have already recommended them to our contractor so he can spread the word. I'll follow-up when the job is done
Needed help with a warranty claim issue for cabinet drawer hardware/screw that popped out of the wood. First time reporting issue, said they would call back to get me on the schedule to look at issue. Never called back… I call back 2 weeks later, explain issue again, same thing. Said they would call back, never did. Once it got to a month and half after first call and no guidance, I email my issue to them.
