Dr. Vince was very professional, efficient and kind. The staff was friendly and very informative and made me very comfortable throughout my visit!
I have been going here a little over a year now and they have been great. Very efficient and friendly.
The way that our family was treated and spoken to is something that we would have never experienced from Dr Holloway, Sharon, Colleen or any of his staff. We have been going to this dental office for years and was looking to build the same trust and relationship with Dr Patt and his staff. That changed after the customer service and treatment we just received. We were told they are "Under New Management." Well, sorry to say the "New Management" just lost a family of patients. I had a scheduled appointment for 5:20pm at Freedom Dental. I happen to have a job as most people do, and my job ends at 5:00pm. I am not always able to sprint out the door when the end of the day comes near as the of employees and dentists at Freedom Dental do. I arrive in the parking lot at 5:27pm, and am at the door at 5:27pm or 5:28pm, and I am greeted by a locked door.
