This negative review is for one of the therapists, Amanda Slinkman. I had to switch to another therapist due to scheduling issues when I got a different job. I was unfortunately placed with Amanda. I only saw her maybe 3 times and sessions were fine. However, I had to cancel a session because of an emergency personal reason that I didn’t feel comfortable disclosing. I called and asked to make an appointment for mental health issues related to Bipolar and they called to verify insurance and I was told they would call back "Tomorrow" and its been over a week and no one has called back. Is this how we do mental health care now? This is why business fail!
