I had a horrible experience. I have no idea how this company is still in business. Eric has no consideration for the work that isn't done. Once that company has there money or should I say once Eric gets his money it doesn't matter what happens from there. He is a complete JERK and should be put out of business..

Dealiing with Freedom Cooling & Heating is more challenging than it should be. While some companies strive to maintain close contact with their clients, Freedom must consider it as waste of time. Their mantra appears to be "once we have your money our responsibilites are complete, whether or not they have provided any service.

I'm uncertain how this company can remain in business with ERIC handling service. Simply asking for an explanation of a bill for a return service call (following our HVAC system failure immediately after they completed a seasonal tune up), ERIC screamed at me, "I don't give a s--t!" and was unwilling to have a rationale conversation. I'm not one to go online and post reviews but I had to share my comments with regards to Freedom Cooling and Heating. Signing a service agreement with Freedom Cooling and Heating was a terrible mistake. After their first seasonal tune-up, my HVAC unit, which was in otherwise perfect working order, stopped working. I called them again to come see what was the matter, they returned and charged me close to $200 to replace a part that costs no more than $50.
