When I asked freedom construction to fix several things they ignored my emails. So when I turned them into the BBB to force the issue, they threatened to sue for harassment. When they responded on the BBB website they agreed to fix one of several issues which was the drywall damage but that was months ago. Travis is awesome. He draws everything out on a piece of paper and brings it to life. A true master at his craft. Travis keeps working areas clean and takes great pride in his work.
Travis and Nikki are awesome to work with. Travis designed my deck and he knew exactly what I wanted. Any changes I asked about he made it happen. His crew is amazing, very nice and polite guys. I absolutely LOVE my new deck and my family does too. It's fun to sit outside now. Thank you so much Travis, Nikki, and all of the guys who worked on it.
