1st and 2nd violation notices sent on the same day. Problem was fixed within a week. Six months later I am notified that I am being fined $1000 for this violation. As a property management company, they should follow up during their ride arounds to verify the problem has been resolved. They also attempted to send me a USPS certified letter, which I received but was not asked to sign for it. When I called to see if someone has signed for me, they didn't know where that would be.
Not happy with these people; they tell you they will get back with you and never do. They make up rules as they go and are like a Gestapo. I would NOT recommend them for ANY property management needs.
