They were very helpful when I bought my new phone. Not so when the screen protector fell off after the phone fell from a nightstand onto a carpeted floor. The manager's response was, you have the box contact the company it's warranted. No customer support! This happened within 2 weeks of purchase! Once they get your money that's it.

The employees here are top notch and really know their stuff. While their stock can be at times low they will always ensure you get what you want. It’s a relaxed atmosphere and makes buying a phone comfortable instead of like some stores where you feel like you are waiting on the deli line with your number. They will go the extra mile to try to get you what you need even customer service wise and if they can’t they will always steer you in the right direction. Never go anywhere else for your Verizon needs!

Great store! Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Stepped in for help in setting up my grandmothers iphone- everyone was patient and eager to help us.

Stopped in last week for trouble using my Apple Pay on my iPhone. They helped me purchase and set up my new phone. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Will definitely be back.
