These other reviews are so old and outdated. I had a totally different experience and it was awesome. Friendly staff. Upfront prices. No back and forth with s man behind the curtain. I got an oil change and headlights replaced and the tech went above and beyond to replace a park light that I didn't even know was out while he was in there. Thank you all. Great service!

I wish I could give a review on their actual service but I can't because I can never get an appointment. I honestly tried 4 different times over the course of 6 months to get an appointment for various services. Once was told they were two busy to take my call, once got the answering machine after being on hold for 5 minutes, once told they were closing due to snow (it was 10:00 in the morning) and once was told it would take 6 days to get an appointment for an oil change. Trish the service representative was very helpful and instructive. She fully explained the 30,000 mile check up thoroughly. including the final check-up of the included warranty items. Also, the explanation of the winter tire pressure for the Camry was very instructive as well.
