Took my car there because my turbo was not boosting. Told my my brackets where wrong and causing a boost leak. Took it to the collision shop the replace my intercooler, said they used original GM brackets. Took it to another shop for inspection they determined my PCM (computer) was faulty and needed replace. Had to spend an additional $120 to determine this and wont reimburse for their bad diagnostics. Sales manager is very rude. Would suggest going to another shop.
In the past... i would wait in my vehicle until a service representative came to my car to ask me what is needed today. Lately... I`ve noticed I have to go inside to ask. So maybe this process has changed but when I did go inside... I was directed to the right person and given great service. They even fixed a recall on my air conditioner that I didn`t even know about. Very satisfied with the service I received.
Service has been great-We ask for Brian he does a wonderful job.
