I always dread bringing in my vehicle for obvious reasons but more when they tell me they have to keep it to do a “deeper inspection” (mind you I left it there from 8am and I had to call for an update at 3pm just to be told they didn’t find what was the issue) I leave it there and deal with the inconvenience of figuring out how to get to work. Only to be again told the next day that they didn’t do a deeper inspection but still believe there is no issue. If that was the case I would’ve picked up the vehicle since yesterday. D... read more
I had a very welcoming greeting from the start, Gabrielle went over everything and was super helpful. She even came back to check on me to see how I was doing. I was able to use the shuttle service and that worked out very well making my waiting experience seem very minimal. Once I returned to pick up my car that was ready, everything was fully explain to me and I have to say the overall experience was absolutely wonderful.
