For a scheduled 10 AM appointment for oil change and transmission flush /service, it should have never taken ALL DAY. Not only was it ridiculously long, but you also didn't even have the parts to complete the service! Wasn't ready for pick up until 5:30 PM. Poor poor service.
Sold me a 2018 Chevy Tahoe and said it was a great reliable vehicle that checked out. Ended up taking it in to a different Chevy dealership only to find out that the suspension was completely shot and completely unsafe to drive. Would not buy from them again!

Have been taking my truck here for service since I bought it from them. Although the wait times are long on their super Saturday’s, it is definitely worth the wait!! Highly recommended!

So I take in my car for a leak and come to find out they didn't even fix the problem. As soon as I got home I noticed it was still leaking.If anything they made it worse. I sat on hold on the phone for almost 2 hours waiting for someone to speak to me. No one ever came to the line. Now they are saying that leak was never there and I caused it!
