This place operates very unprofessonaly. Three times times I showed up after driving 90miles on my apointment day only to be told I had my appoitment days wrong that i could not be seen. This is at a place whome has their hrs online with a listing of walk ins welcome. The reason I would drive up without first calling is bc you can NOT ever get anyone on the phone and this last friday was the last time ill be making a pointless drive only to be lied to. One of the receptionists, Deandrea I believe begs my husband for money every time he comes in. She always has some sob story. He actually gave her some once, but when she asked the next time, he came to me about it. I'm pretty sure this isn't policy and I wonder how many others down on their luck she has taken advantage of. She's just sad.
The nurses doctors and staff are absolutely awesome. I am able to grow as a person now.
