I HAVE BEEN USING FREEDOM CARE TRANSPORTATION FOR THE LAST 6–8 MONTHS, AND THEY ARE AWESOME. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. PRISCILLA IS AWESOME. The best transportation team I have ever experienced. They go above and beyond what I could ever ask for. The most caring team members out there.
I have been contemplating switching transportation companies for about 2 years. This Wednesday, I finally made the decision and moved to Freedom. 1. This morning I received a courteous call; introducing himself as Norm, that my ride would be arriving between 4:30 and 4:45 a.m. (Friday morning) 2. 4:30 a.m. Norm called and said he was here to pick me up for dialysis; was very polite to my family 3.
