I spoke to someone in Customer service name Geri she was not too nice or professional I had to school her on how to treat customers. Another issue I have is I can’t get paid a day early with freedom Care. I have to wait till Fridays. My bank allows to get paid a day early
This service has been amazing. Every step since the beginning has been informative and I like that although your loved one is in the care of a family member that there is someone at Freedom Care always ensuring the loved one who is being cared needs and services come first and is indeed being taken care of.
